Fix for noisy fan on an Amiga 1000 PSU and disk drive servicing?

It's not quite as noisy as a Commodore 128D fan let alone A2000 wind turbine but it is significantly louder than my other A1000.

A good website or video explain what the reasons could be and simple fixes to reduce the problem (PTFE spray on fan spindle etc?)

Also is there a way to do a service on a disk drive, it's not easy finding A1000 internal drive matching mechanisms. This drive seams far less tolerant of less than perfect condition disks.

I'd replace the problem fan with a new one of the same radius and voltage as the noise would be due to worn bearings in the fan.
For servicing a Floppy disk drive (FDD), GadgetUK164 has a few:

I'd say that since the drive reads perfect disks you should gently clean the drive and avoid loosening any of the alignment screws

Thanks for the advice and links

I did actually ask GadgetUK164 if he had any vids/tips for servicing a high mileage 3.5" disk drive but he's a busy fella

For internal drives that are slightly out of alignment what I used to do was make a copy with Xcopy using an external drive as the source and internal drive as the destination onto a mint condition floppy and that usually worked too.

Same sort of problem I have with tape decks, I have a special 'low mileage' tape deck for my C64 that I use to load 'awkward' original tapes of games I really want to play. (I have an SD2IEC but that just takes away from the nostalgic experience for single loading games).
