Horizontal Lines on 1084-D Monitor

Hi folks, first post here. Really impressed with the community knowledge and help. Recently dug out all my Amiga bits and by chance happened to spot and dig this monitor out from the dump. Took it home and was surprised to find that it worked...although I suspect not for long.

So it has horizontal lines on the top section of the screen as per pictures. Note though they are not present when the A1200 boots into Workbench

Not in the pictures is the RGB lines through the middle of the screen which are only present if I don't have the monitor connected to the Amiga, exactly like the ones in this post here:

So as opposed to just throwing it back in the skip and depending on the difficulty, thought I would have a go at trying to fix it. From my searching on the net I believe I may have a few faulty caps. Got all the tools but not the knowledge. Any thoughts on where to start?

It's called foldover. It just needs an old dried cap replaced. Usually you buy a kit and replace them all at the same time...
