How are TOSECs packed
Hello,
I have old amiga adf Tosec , i unpacked it, insert new adf files and packed it again (with winrar) - but the new file is double sized than old one, I tried to unpack Tosec.zip, and pack it with winrar - the same, Tosec.rar is larger than zip :-( - and there was no files added. Are the tosec packed with special options (commands) ? eg. if there are Bloodmoney disc 1 of 2 cracked by blabla, and nexto one is Bloodmoney disc 1 of 2 cracked by jesus, then there are stored differencies only not full files ? How to force winrar to pack strong as zip ? Or do you recommend me another packer ? |

Check the "Create solid archive" option when using WinRAR, it should do the trick.

Like BippyM said .. Use 7zip .. Its great for compressing lotsa similar layout files such as ADF's.
Especially if you have all your TOSEC in one file. (I did a test .. look at the result .. 18.8gb -> 3.6gb) Last edited by mr_0rga5m; 01 December 2005 at 17:02. |

The problems you're having with FF? Are you using 1.5? I've noticed some active pages disable functions under the new version (Yahoo Mail Beta *cough*). If so, try dropping back to FF1.07.
