SFS with 2.5" hard drives
Just found an old laptop and it's got a 40GB hard drive.
Can I use SFS to use all of this drive or am I stuck with the first 4GB? |

Yes, you also need to install idefix97 or patch the scsi.device.
Your boot partition needs to be within the first 4gb, keep it small like 250mb. I'm mobile right now but there are quite a few guides out there someone will be along soon with a link I'm sure :-) Steve. |
