Saving Configurations with "Hard Drives"
I created a directory on my computer to serve as a harddrive in WinUAE. I bring up the "Add Directory or Archive..." and fill out the Volume settings window with device name "DH0:" Volume label "Files" Path "C:\Amiga" and uncheck Autoboot. I save this in my configurations.
However when I reload the configuration, the drive doesn't appear in the emulation. When I check the harddrive settings I find that it is all messed up. The device name is "DH0" (with out the colon) there is no name in the Volume label, and the path is now "Files:C:\Amiga". It's only when I reenter everything as before that it will work again. Is there something else I need to do to get the configurations to save the settings correctly so I don't have to fix it every time? |

So I'd suggest to 1. upgrade to the current version and 2. don't touch the check boxes. |
