Question Amiga 4GB HDF Files?

At the moment, It running on Amiga Emulator and I would like to know how I create 4GB HDF Blank Files?

When I have create 4GB Hdf then

I got problem with this

Why is that as it telling me that Not Amiga Dos or somethings?

I have try to format but it wouldnt let me format.....it is because i have files called NDOS?

NDOS means it hasnt been formatted with a filesystem supported by the OS.
You can't have a boot partition greater than 2GB however.
Also, what .device are you using and what is your hardware or emulator?
These make a difference when preparing a harddrive or hardfile.
It's inconsequential when using a directory based drive/partition under emulation though.
