If anyone is interested I've uploaded to The Zone images of Dungeon Master + Chaos Strikes Back in HFEv3 format for use on a Gotek with Flash Floppy Firmware that Keir has now supported!

Needs an experimental build of Flash Floppy in your Gotek: https://nightly.link/keirf/flashflop.../549341148.zip

Should work just like the original Disks!

So far, it would seem that DM 2.0 and 2.2, plus CSB 3.1 and 3.5 work without issue (at least under emulation) with late-ish disk-analyse releases.

If anyone has a lead on raw, unmodified dumps of other versions of either (except the unprotected Psygnosis releases), I'd be very interested.

You don't happen to have an image of the corresponding Utility Disk, do you? Not sure if there were changes to it between releases tbh.

EDIT: Documenting for posterity, the odds are quite high that there are differences. Between 3.1 and 3.5. the following were changed on the Utility Disk:

CEDT.FTL
HCSB.HTC
VDEO.FTL
c/SetPatch

...plus the 3.5 disk is missing Write and Delete attributes for literally ALL the files, which is weird.

Thank you very much!

Effectively no difference at all from the 3.1 Utility Disk, though interestingly all three versions (3.1, 3.3, and 3.5) of the UD have *all* their files dated...wait for it...tomorrow! 2023-02-22 on each and every file. How freaky is that? LOL

Never mind. This was a weird artifact of a virtual filesystem I used to do the compare.
