Assembler System Friendly code

Hi guys does any one have any Assembler System friendly like that code that is based on Kick1.3 RKM DualPF examples.

My code keeps crashing, I would like to set up a 320x200 view and then use the OS functions for text and gfx routines.

I have code to use them but it still creates a custom copperlist, it just sets up a RastPort and a BitMap structure, and then copies the bitmaps to the BitMap Structure and the Bitmap structure in the copperlist.

I've been looking on google but haven't had much luck.

Hi thanks for that.

I already have it, actually the code I was looking for is based on the Amiga RKM Kick1.3 Graphics Primitives.

It doesn't open up a screen, it sets up custom viewports.

It uses _LVOInitView, _LVOInitRastPort, _LVOInitBitMap etc.

It uses the OS to create a custom copper list then jumps to the front. I'm busy trying to modify a source of a amiga computing disk, just so I can get it to display a 320x200 1 bit plane bitmap.

Mainly want to do this because when I go back to .nz and set up my A1200 again, I think I might just get a LCD monitor and just use the VGAOnly driver in the storage:monitors.

I'll keep scanning google groups.

Thanks anyway

I'm still not sure if you're looking for information on screens or viewports, but there's a lengthy section about viewports put online at http://pub.elowar.com/AmigaDev/Libra.../node0320.html that might be of help. If your code keeps crashing, maybe you could post it and someone might be able to spot what's wrong.
