Bad video output

Hi

I bought a A500 Rev.6A the problem is that video output doesnt work well: I cant see nothing, if I boot the WB1.3 I can some blue of the WB, but nothin´ else. And the soft resart doesnt work too.
what can it be? DENISE?

What sort of connection are you using to the monitor?

I would try with another cable/modulator/monitor first to rule out that it's nothing outside of the Amiga that's causing it.

Do you have an A520 TV Modulator?

Try the RF output on that.

If it's still bad then it's surely something inside the Amiga..

Sure it is something inside the Amiga, but it aint the DENISE, cos i change and its same. The CTRL+ALEFT+ARIGHT doesnt thed reset--.

As I recall from working on these years ago, that was usually the "hybrid" that needs replaced. It's a black thing up by the video port that looks like a comb with a lot of legs.

it was bad Gary, I change it and now it works fine thanx
only the reset CTRL+LA+RA still didnt work and some other keys

Ah, good news as that's an easy fix. Try the CIA chips for keyboard/mouse problems.

I changed both CIA and its the same. Unfortenly i dont have now a second keyboard to test. The 1,Q,A,Z Left shift doesnt work... Its there any way to test it`?
By the way, the mouse works fine

Buy another one from Amigakit or Egay.
