Accessing another demo on disk (TEK-Dandelion/Amplifier)
This is just out of curiosity, I'm sure I can find the second demo somewhere else if I want to :-)
I don't remember where I downloaded the ADF originally so I put it here: wonk.sytes.net/ext/permanent/dandelion.adf The thing is, it's the Dandelion demo from The Electronic Knights. On the floppy there seems to be their Amplifier-demo also, and I was just wondering is there a way it was meant to be launched? The floppy seems to be a normal DOS disk, but it isn't. The bootsector loads the Dandelion demo directly so there is no menu to select the Amplifier. If I install the floppy then it boots normally and I can 'manually' run the Amplifier, but naturally the Dandelion will not load any more (there is no visible file to run it manually from dos) because the loader disappeared in the install. So anyone know how it's supposed to be found? And like I said in the beginning, this is not a problem I can't solve by other means, just out of interest. |

It was just bonus content on the Dandelion disk, you are not supposed to be able to boot into it, but you can run it from the disk after booting the machine up some other way.
It's existence is mentioned here, https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=68911 |
