thrill kill debugger/monitor
i've hunted around for weeks for a 'full version' of 'thrill kill'.. i'm banging my head against the wall.
it was made by ferox of sunflex.. the thing is awesome. it knocks spots off any other software monitor. including the action replay iv. any of you guys got any leads? i managed to dig out an e-mail address of a buddy of 'ferox' who apparently helped him betatest it all those years ago.. his handle's 'goldman'. i'm wondering whether or not to bug this guy for free software =| it's 10 years old after all. i doubt they're still selling it at 200 deutchemarks. why should it disappear into obscurity =( tragic. |

I have full version of this monitor. Maybe someday I will put this version on the WT page.

Is ThrillKill something that could be used under WinUAE as a cartridge ROM the same way that HRTMon or ActionReplay can?

For Amiga yes, if you have NMI button, then perhaps this version works similar like AR, but I' not TK expert, it was favorite Mr.Larmer monitor. For WinUAE I don' know, I'm not WinUAE user.

OK cool, thanks Don_Adan
I suppose for WinUAE it would just be a matter of Toni implementing it. For HRTMon and AR, the "NMI button" is just emulated to jump into the virtual freezer cart software. No reason why ThrillKill couldn't be added as another built in cart I suppose? Would be nice as ThrillKill seems to be quite a nice freezer with lots of functions. One for Toni if he feels like it I reckon. |

It is an executable, not a cartridge. No need for any special emulator support. Just run it and use level 7 interrupt input target.
