yes, As I have explained many many times, you get the download for 99 cents, but you get a buck off your first purchase. This helps with the costs of the site and keeps the tire kickers and skinflints away. If you think that 99 cents is too much to ask for, then chances are you probably wouldn't buy anything anyways.
it's seems like only the people that are not interested in buying complain.

Chris, like everything posted, the XE was a daily special, and was removed at midnight MST that day. I have a 130 XE also that I will be posting very soon.
you have to check out the site daily to catch the super sales. Also, as soon as an item is sold, it is replaced.
