Here is an EU company selling the same item within the EU albeit for slightly more including delivery (€36).

I'm wondering: F4 (made in 2021) is newer than F7 v2 (2020), which is the one my friend lended to me. Then why a "lower" numbering? I would expect F7 to be newer than F4.
