Releasing Unreleased Amiga Games

Is it possible for a company to release unreleased Amiga Games with the original owner's copyright permission? Surely the Unreleased Amiga games had all of the Draft Box Art, Manuals, Disc and CD Design amongst other material which would make it possible to release an unreleased title. This would be amazing.

But first, they need the code, and some were lost.
Aso,there are no companies, should be independent programmers, and there seems no interest
