Problems with Xenon II CDTV version

Hi. I have the Xenon II CDTV disc which I boot up on My A1200.
IT runs fine, music, graphics etc. But when you press fire to play xenon 2 in the menu you get a slight glitch in graphics.
It continues to load to game and at first it runs normally until your ship collides with the first enemy, Then the game freezes or the screen crashes and freezes. CD music still playing. I'm running this game through SCSI squirrel CD32 emulation and I have tried booting the game with different options enabled/disabled (data cache, VBR, FastRam)

Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a way to fix it?

in your squirrel CD32 emulation do you have an option to boot in cdtv mode ?

Hi. The manual says that most CDTV games wont work on the squirrel as they don't like A1200s and their 68020. Given up on this one
