maximum Amps for PPC Amiga?

Hello, My A1200 has BPPC 040@50MHz and 603e@175MHz, 256MB ram, BVision, 2.5"HD, slim 5V dvd drive, original floppy drive, a couple of 12V fans.
what current should a good PSU give on 5V and 12V? Without exaggeration, just standard use
consider also that I drive 5V to BPPC and BVision directly with an extra wire so that the current is not drawn only throu the A1200 motherboard lines.
I mean, 7A on 5V and 3.5A on 12V could be enough? or should I go for more?
regards

No, better 20 at least for the 5v line:

I've done a couple of them. This is my guide:
