Floppy disk Solomon's Key 2 Amiga conversion

I have released my Amiga remake of the underrated NES puzzle platformer Solomon's Key 2 aka Fire'N Ice. Written in 100% assembly and should run on any setup.

Features include builtin level editor and saving/loading your progress. Some features from the original are missing: levels containing lava or enemies; some cutscenes and sound effects; final boss battle. Still, the game can be completed normally and bonus worlds are included.

The game can be played using either the keyboard, normal joystick or 2-button joystick/gamepad (tested using Megadrive pad).

Available in ADF, CD32 executable and WHDLoad flavors.

More info and download: http://hukka.yiff.fi/sk2/

Looks interesting I'll give it a go later!

Edit: Nice intro

Edit 2: Great conversion! Really like that you added a save feature

A workbench version would be the cherry on the pie

The game is quite addictive Really good choice for a conversion. I hope you keep up converting NES games if your time permits

Very nice game!
I didn't know the original but this conversion is so enjoyable... I just completed the first 18 levels... and another great thing is the "save" feature.
Thanks and congrats on your job!

Yeah, I loved the effect in the Ministry cracktro so I had to steal the idea!

For my next game I'll probably want to make something new that's not a remake. Dunno what that'll be yet, though.
