CMD-Q not working

For some reason, the Command-Q keys are no longer working to quit out of FS-UAE, instead it just prints the letter q if I am in an editor or command line!

How do I get this back again? Is there something I need to put into the Advanced settings area?

I'm guessing you've enabled full keyboard emulation in Settings in the Launcher? If so, disable it, or alternatively, use (Fn+)F12+K to toggle full keyboard emulation on/off while in the emulator.
