TV (via Scart) vs 15kHz monitor (via VGA) ?

Hi,

For those who have tested both options, what gives a better quality of image on your Amigas?

a) A quality LCD TV via DB23-Scart

b) A quality LCD monitor that supports 15kHz (like the DELLs that everyone talks about)

?

If it's b) , is there a compiled list anywhere of the DELL monitors that support 15kHz?

Thanks in advance!
Pedro
