Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it gone - but what exactly is reportable about this?
I mean, it's a d*** move for sure, but it's not illegal to sell it is it?

False advertising. Retro gamers know this game, but not everyone knows that this has never officially been released for Amiga.
Writing "kept safe through out these years" is deliberately misleading, as it implies it is an old item, which is additionally in "excellent condition", so higher collector's worth.

That is true, I hadn't thought of it like that (though I'll be honest and admit that I somehow doubt eBay would've acted quickly, the whole site is filled with "rare" "mint condition" "untested" retro goods that are neither rare, nor mint condition and outright broken).

Anyway, it's been removed from auction now so it's all fine.

lol.... on a different note I was listening to the 8 bit symphony when the tune for Green Beret came on.

Green Beret was never release on the Amiga 500 as far as I can recall?

Pretty easy conversion with my Rygar engine.

Green Beret is one of my favorites so don't botch it

(and no it hasn't been converted to 16 bit AFAIK, only converted 1:1 for Nintendo DS and other "modern" platforms in Konami arcade compilations)

Price mainly because its clear profiteering after such a short period of time.

If someone wants to sell their box then naturally i’ll be disappointed by that.
