Looking for PCB wizzard

I've been playing with mounting some A1200 boards into some nice 19" rack mountable chassis from SuperMicro that I have bought.

What I wold love to to, is to make a small PCB to mount under the "ATX window" where all the connectors are (on this chassis, there is no window, but it is still the same size), a PCB with the most relevant connectors (D-sub for display, mini-DIN for keyboard/mouse, DB9 for either mouse or RS232, DB25 for either parallel or RS232, USB for subway, ethernet to hacked with pcmcia card) and pins on the PCB that one can use to connect to the A1200 (or A600) motherboard.

I suppose a connector plate like this could also be usefull for people who want to mount their A1200s into new PC cases as well, since one can then use the ATX window

Now this should be the easiest PCB in the world, I guess - but I have realized that I simply dont know how to use those PCB drawing programs, so my project has somewhat stalled.

So is there some PCB wizzard out there than can help me with the drawings?
I will ofcourse come with more details about the dimensions and layout of my particular "window".

OK, what am I trying to do...

What I want to create is a tiny board with a set of connectors - I primarily need keyboard (mini PS/2), mouse (DB9), ethernet and display (DB15), ligned up to match the "ATX window" of my rack chassis.

So my plan is to have this 150 mm wide board with the connectors I need nicely aligned to the fitting holes in the chassi, mounted into the chassis using two screw holes visible (maybe more if needed), and then have pin headers on the board for connecting cables from the A1200 motherboard.

This makes sense, yes?

Or You can skip all PCB and connect proper connectors with cables to the Amiga outputs - thus You need only decent front (rugged enough to keep all connectors)

Sure - and that is the problem - there's no obvious easy way to mount connectors, except from mounting them on a plate, and then we're back to the PCB again
