These are the words to promote this compilation and devolving 60% of sales to Unicef.
The 3 games included are: HOLO-RACE, PRO-X and WIND CHALLENGERS.
A scan of the review (in italian), dated December 92, is on The Zone.

I got this complete with ISOs and rip versions, dosbox version and several different game manuals, game guide, extra scenarios, game update patch etc.
Its actually a nice game to play.

Only problem its 319 meg in one zip file. Its too big to upload to the zone.

I could spilt the archive? Will have a look.
