If you mean corrupt scroller (I don't watch videos when single screenshot works 1000* better), ECS Agnus is required.

Tried OCS, got the Psychedelic effect okay, but the scrolling text was garbled, swapped to ECS Agnus, and rebooted the demo, all A-OK.

The Psychedelic effect is OK but the scrolling text was garbled on OCS.

But it works fine on A500 with ECS Agnus ... so the demo is probably made only for Amigas with an ECS chipset, though couldnt found a such info anywhere to confirm.

It is not too rare to have accidental garbage on OCS, works on ECS (or vice versa). Playfield start/end (DDFSTRT/DDFSTOP) have new bit in ECS Agnus which can be accidentally set when it should not have been set. Also depending on width and "alignment" of bitplane, ECS Agnus only bit may not do anything at all.

It is also possible it did work on earlier UAE version, very big (illegal) DDFSTOP values was not always emulated correctly.

Toni, just found another problem using the A500 ECS Agnus ...

on "upfront" picture (see screenshots link on post earlier - last pict.) there is 2 vertical lines on the last letter "t" still present ?!

Also didnt found this last problem testing the demo on an older WinUAE 2.0.1 version.

Also fixed. (Sprite vs bitplane DMA "conflict" update some versions ago had a corner case)

p.s.
Regarding the tested demos for A500 OCS/ECS, most are coming from there:
http://cyberpingui.free.fr/listdemos.htm

So far, according to their list of demos, I have finished with below lists, and only with those that found in adf/dms format:
Anthology OCS/ECS
Oldskool/Rare
Demos after the Millenium

They really have sorted some of the best of the old stuff in there, some of which is probably also hard to find elsewhere.
