EAB/Lemon Super League 2010: Round 9 - Skidmarks

EAB/Lemon Super League 2010: Round 9 - Skidmarks

Starts: 00:01 August 1
Finishes: 23:59 August 21

Rules

Post screenshots of your scores in this thread, and write your score underneath. You can enter as many times as you like within the round's time frame.

Play all twelve tracks, post the screenshots with all the best lap times on and add them up if you want to be helpful. This competition is based on the quickest total best lap times over all twelve tracks. All settings default except:

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: INSANE and play either Match Race or Championship. And play using v1.06.

No cheating of any kind (including score leeching) - this includes save states. No continues/passwords allowed. If you suspect a contestant of cheating then don't post it in public (anyone who does so will have their posts edited or deleted) - please PM me, Biscuit or mihcael and we will investigate it. If we find anyone guilty of cheating then they will be banned for the entire season.

Please only post your score on either the EAB or Lemon forums. If you have already played this year you have to post your score on the same forum for the whole season. If you are new, the one you post on first will be your team for the whole season. However you are welcome to discuss the compo, game etc. on the other forum if you wish.

Remember, anyone can join in at any time. Have fun and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

By the way... we've gone for lap times ahead of Championship points because (a) it's embarrasingly easy to win every race, even on the hardest difficulty setting and (b) you can always try a race again when it's finished which can mess up the points totals. It's not ideal but it does work, even if this round will be totally useless.

Oh and I got the difficulty level wrong in the first post, apologies... changed now.

This is absolutly insane to play on that difficulty level.

I think it should be considered whether we shouldn't play on two difficulty levels: normal and insane. Normal will give you a normal gameplay while insane will add a bit of a random factor to the whole competition.

Frankly speaking, there is a little chance that I'll be playing it once again on insane difficulty level.

Total time: 197,7

Yes, I think the insane mode is not a judicious choice.
The cars are too powerful and the IA computer is bad, less intelligent than rookie mode !
The game loses lot of fun in this mode imho.

Aargh I thought lap times was saved in the WHD version.
Well I'll have to have another go tomorrow, hopefully the lap times will be just as good as last time.

I really hope so, but it's a different game with 8 players and one big screen
