What is your keyboard and mouse setup for CD32?
Recently had a CD32 restored and have upgraded it with a riser and TF330. I have heard that it is difficult to find compatible keyboards and mice for this console and hoped you guys would save me the pain of trial and error.

Any Amiga 9 pin mouse will work with the CD32, regarding the PS/2 Keyboard the rule of thumb is the older the better, like early Dell, compact, HP E.C.T keyboards

I have heard that finding a fully compatible keyboard can be difficult and was hoping that this issue had been resolved by the community or a manufacturer. Guess I will have to roll the dice. |

The problem is that even years ago PC retailers bought keyboards from different manufactures and just put their own Names on them, also if you bought the TF330 with a riser then the pic chip on it should be socketed as if you wanted to use a keyboard on the AUX port on the CD32 then it will conflict with the PS/2 port so you would have to remove it, easy if it is socketed

I use a Cocolino Amiga mouse to PS2 adapter with a PS2 to USB adapter into that and an old USB Packard Bell optical mouse attached to it. Looks a bit ridiculous hanging so far out the left of the CD32 with the adapters in line but it does the job.
I use an old black Dell PS2 keyboard model RT7D20 from about 20 years ago. I got mine from work ages ago but they’re still available on eBay. I don’t always keep a mouse or keyboard plugged in to the CD32, I just plug them in when I need to change something on it. I have the TF330 set to boot into a games menu which I control from the controller. Cheers, Graham C |

I had an amiga 4000 keyboard on mine.
If you can find one, it works very well. |

Buy from supaduper so you can be sure you're getting the best quality stuff But honestly every PS/2 keyboard I ever tried worked. Never found an incompatible one. Some will draw a lot of power though, so if you have a weak PSU, they will appear not to work. Swap the PSU for a stronger one and they magically start working. |

That is encouraging regards compatibility as I had heard that compatibility was an issue. |
