Issues with some games that not correctly work

HI

I have this issue using FS-UAE :

Batman: the movie. I used the this version until now, and it worked fine: BatmanTheMovie_v1.4_0019.zip
But now, I downloaded another version, it seems more recent, with 2 disks:

BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_1Disk_0019.lha
BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_2Disk_0006.lha

I run it, but i'm not able to correctly run the game. I don't know if i have correctly configured the 2 disks version.
I suppose it is necessary to create a specific configuration, like this:

If i normally run for example ONLY this file BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_1Disk_0019.lha, it seems that the game runs correctly, it doesn't require Disk 2... it is strange...do you know how I have to configure this game?

you should unpack the files and perhaps test it with kickstart 1.3 (amiga 500 config).
I had a look, there is ipf disks inside the archives, you need a special library to run them.
CAPSImg.dll
But i don't where to put the dll with FSuae, sorry.
i just test tested the 019(one disk version) and it works well with winuae even unzipped but i needed to switch to amiga 500 config, with an a1200 config i have a guru.
Try to install capsimg.dll you should be able to find about it on eab.

By the filenames, this appears to be archived WHDLoad installs (for 1 disk version and 2 disk version). So, you can not put these files into the floppy drive.

Instead, you can load one of the into the first hard drive slot, and it will (probably) be identified as a WHDLoad install, and configure an automatic hard drive for you. If the "WHDLoad arguments text field is populated afterwards, then it worked.

Alternatively, you can let the file scanner scan these files, and use automatic game configurations from OpenRetro.org.

thanks. I tried to keep ONLY the first file into my Games folder, and FS-UAE detect it and the game starts correctly...probably it is necessary only one disk..? It doesn't require a disk 2...

Or i'm wrong ???
Because it's not, it's an other version with 2 disks in the lha (archive) and

BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_1Disk_0019.lha is a 2 disks version.

yes, i thought that BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_1Disk_0019.lha is the Disk 1 and
BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_2Disk_0006.lha is the Disk 2

Ok, i will use only BatmanTheMovie_v1.5_1Disk_0019 and it works correctly
