Real 3D and Imagine textures

It was announced that Real 3D could have used Imagine textures. Unfortunately, Impulse was opposed. That was before.

But today (and tomorrow) , is there any chance to benefit from this ancient aborted evolution?

Update: I finally just found its name, Realize. It was a RPL add. The archive (realize.zip) was for a while available for download.

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks.

I just found some links and description (francais):
Code:
Texture handler: Realize (Amiga only) 595,00 Dkr.
Use Imagine Essence
the ftp link on the french website is dead - the ftp site is working, but no files on it.
archive.org does not help here.

Realize integrates imagine textures into Real3D - this is cool somehow.
But there is Forge, which can deal with Essence textures too - by just creating images or
images-sequences - which one can import into any 3D package.

*bump*

I know and appreciate forge but my goal is to save what can be.
So, I have sent an email to the author of the french article. I think to make a similar request to the publisher.
Unfortunately, the lack of romance between English language and me may jeopardize the chances of getting a favourable result.

we share the same hobbyhorse

there is still an Imagine 3D community - you can ask there too, maybe one of the users once played with imagine and real3D.
they do have a download area, but must be registered - I'm not.
author of essence was there a while back , asking for a copy of his Amiga software

I just get a response from the author of the french article. He no longer has the software. I continue the quest.

hope dies last, or the like

in the french article, Kelly Brocks is mentioned ( but i could not find another website related to amiga/imagine/real3d and that name ).
the realsoft.org website mentions Kelly Brock on an article about an old image contest.

the closest i could find here: SourceForge.net: Game Dev Algorithms mailing list got a posting by Kelly Brock from 2006 - but emailadress is short ( From: Kelly Brock <kb.gdalgo@sb...> - 2006-05-27 04:59 ).

GDAlgorithms-list description talks about 3D apps / opengl / DirectX and things.

maybe it's something
