Icon pack from AmigaOS 4 Developer Pre-Release (2004)

Hello everyone. As in the title, I'm looking for icons that were released with AmigaOS 4 Developer Pre-Release in 2004. These are still Glow icons as in 3.9, but they differ visually because they are smoother. I found a few such icons in the latest IBrowse archive, or on a CD from FxPaint. But these are just a few, and as you can see in the picture, there are them much more.

I know that this is not entirely legal, but could someone provide me with an ISO image of this version of the system, or just copy the icon files (all possible) from it and pack them into the archive?

Thanks for the hint, but I've already checked both of these pages. Unfortunately, none of them contain the icons I'm looking for. Only the 4.0 Developer Pre-Release CD can help.

Ok, but did you already try to contact and ask the author and icon designer, Martin Merz?

Or are your icons from another artist?

The problem is that I don't know who the author of these icons is. As I wrote before, I know that AmigaOS 4 Developer Pre-Release included these icons by default.

Martin Merz (alias Mason) has made all the other icons for OS4 and OS 3.1.4 and also these very similar GlowIcons from 2000-2003, so I would ask him whether he has designed the icons you're looking for, too.
