A1200 with LCD TFT Monitor 15"

hi to all. i want to ask if a buy the vga adapter monitor from amigakit to connect my A1200 will do the job with games etc?

definitely not

You need to get a scandoubler/flickerfixer to play old games on TFT I´m afraid

Or get a cheap Composite -> VGA Box from EBay ... the picture is not as good as with a scandoubler/flickerfixer but it´s really good enough to play old games

The Amiga scandoublers are not made anymore, so you need to find it second hand.. Not many availible for the moment it seem..

The vga box could be a solution though, check ebay etc..

the only rgb vga box (standard ones are based on composite and rendering is far from what you may expect) : xrgb2+. the only thing you need then is to modify your amiga scart cable to make it compliant with japanese standard (be very careful about this one as you could damage the box without correct wiring)

i find a LCD TV 17"with composite in,scart etc etc..U think its ok about games and workbench of A1200? tnks amiga friends
