Help me find an old article about Roadshow?

I just got my physical copy of Roadshow 68k in the post the other day. It reminded me about an article in a newsletter about 15 years or so ago by the author of the program. I think it was written by Olaf Barthel and it detailed the creation of Roadshow from the old AmiTCP 3.0b2 sources. It was a really good read. I have been trying to Google it but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone remember the monthly Amiga update newsletter that was being posted for a while or the Roadshow article?

I believe Club Amiga Magazine (and later CAM?) might be the newsletter(s) you are referring to

Maybe I'll get lucky and they are archived somewhere. I seem to remember it was winter time perhaps the December issue or so.
