OS4 Classic and Ide-Fix Express! *Help*

Hi everybody!

What has already emerged for Calssic Amiga OS4 users with Ide-Fix Express?
As soon as I bought Amiga OS4 from AmigaKit I tried to install it and the Floppy installation could not be recognize the CD-Rom. The manual tells only about the Ide-Fix 4 Way adapter and not about the Ide-Fix Express.
Can you tell me if I have to change something in hardware or tell me that the procedure used to start the installation of AOS4 Classic?

In the picture there are my settings of your hardware-Fix Express in my A1200
