Question Best Amiga C compiler?

Windows- or Amiga-based, also be nice if it comes with includes. I just don't want to have to translate code from elowar docs into assembly to be able to test it.

Edit: completely unrelated, but I just thought of something that would be cool. Could FS-UAE of WIN-UAE be embedded into a website to run an Amiga game or something.

Depends on what is most important for you. Code quality, stability, Amiga integration, cross-compiling, resource requirements (size, runtime), ease of maintenance and setup, up to date with modern C standards, current and long-term support, included tools, debugger support, etc.
Depending on your preferences you will usually choose between an older or newer gcc version, SAS/C or vbcc.

Every compiler comes at least with standard includes. On top of that you should select and install an AmigaOS NDK (for example 1.3, 3.9 or 3.2).

There are several web-based Amiga emulators.

For instance this one using WebAssembly: https://vamigaweb.github.io/

If you want to create hardware banging games or demos in
an all-in-one solution then I can recommend this:

The premium C compiler for Classic Amigas is SAS/C.
