Momentary switch for at psu

Can anyone help me to figure out what circuitry (or anything) I need to keep a momentary switch to stay on for use in an at psu?

Alternatively can some give me the keywords to search for to find one of these (picture) that is a non momentary switch?

This is a classical application for a flip flop, if you still care.
