amigaXfer uses the debugger embedded in every kickstart through a null-modem serial cable.

You do indeed need a computer on the other end. One that can run python3, pyserial and wxpython. Your average PC with Windows 7 (or newer) or Linux will do.

For that, use any of the ADF to floppy tools in aminet :-)

IIRC winuae also shipped some such tool.
