Hello from Liverpool

Hello there, My name is Nathan and i'm a long time Amiga user.

I got my first A500 in 1989 , Then moved up to the 1200 until about 95,96.
before that I had Zx spectrum, atari and Amstrad, but the Amiga was my main focus growing up.

Fond memories of cheating my way through the classics as a kid, and beating them properly as an adult in 2019.

Unfortunately I had to sell my A500 and 2x A1200s a few years back so i'm strictly on emulation these days.

I am not an artist, but 5 years ago I started painting, and over the last 9 months I started learning Deluxe Paint again after 20+ years.
When i was a kid I had deluxe paint 3, I wasn't very good, but learned to animate stickmen and build brick houses.

I've attached screenshots of my learning experience, some good, some bad. Just wanted to say that Dpaint is still viable in 2019.
I'm never happy with the results but it is all a learning experience.

I tried krita, gimp, photoshop, pro motion NG, they all confuse me.

Anyway nice to join this group. I hope I can be of some help. Amiga will always be home.

p.s does anyone know how to get past level 13 of pp hammer?

Welcome DancingWolf! Some great Amiga artwork there. I like DPaint III, very capable paint package. The closest I've seen on PC is Grafx2.

Welcome to EAB.

Wow, you are from almost a PL champs...

Sadly, for 83 seconds I was sure we had most deserved winner...

Great job on paintings... I would probably do that if Elite Dangerous didn't take all my free time...
