Happy owner of 1x A500 and 1x A2000.

Scuzz is definitely a hoarder, but he could also be a scalper, someone who buys a lot of devices and then sells them on at vastly inflated prices - in other words, a real sleazeball.

It was scalping that ruined the launch of a recent Nvidia graphics card, the RTX 3080, because they waited until the release date, and snapped up as many as they could and Nvidia lost track of the buyers, and then they appeared on Ebay at much, much higher prices. How selfish were these pricks? VERY.

Anyone remember this collection from a few years ago? I wonder what happened to it all? Would love to tinker with the 3500.

I thought I had a problem as I had one of pretty much everything ever and I went to buy a replacement CDTV from someone near Swindon UK and their garage was piled to the roof with Amiga's, Atari STs, C64/128, early Macs etc. A good 20m x 10m x 2m with very very little room to walk. Of course they were not selling anything except the CDTV (which I paid stoopid money for)

I think he meant in terms of modular design, not in terms of raw power. To use an analogy, in regards to hifi products, separate elements would allow you to quickly replace the failing device and not the whole thing whereas if you buy all-in-one hifi equipment and the power fails, you will have to inspect a lot more for potential damage.
