Try WinGuide:

http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/~aminet/m...u/winguide.lha
http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/~aminet/m...inguide.readme

It seems to be for Windows 95 - I'm not sure if it works on later versions.

Works on xp, has problems with links sometimes, but that is a problem with the program handling the guide format.
Pretty good anyway.

A problem I have with WinGuide is that if a .guide file is located in a directory with spaces in the name, it doesn't seem to be able to find the file, so I end up having to move the file to the root or some dir with no spaces...
