UAENet.device

I know I can enable it in the WinUAE options..... but ow to access it from inside the Amiga, for example via ShapeShifter?

To enable network in Shapeshifter (and thus to get the emulated MAC onto the 'net), I need a .device file in DEVS: or Devs:Networks which is to be selected.

But I can't find a UAENet.device for usage inside the emulated Amiga anywhere.

Any pointers?

Got an error with iCab (Mac browser) saying "network error #25xxx" or something along thoselines... I put in "uaenet.device" and unit "0" in Shapeshifter under WinUAE (AFAIK latest version, 1.5.2)

@Doc Mindie:

uaenet.device requires some program to be installed under Windows, if I'm not mistaken.
Ask Toni!

And then ShapeShifter must share the internet connection with the Amiga; u can use "nullsana" on aminet.

winpcap must be installed or uaenet.device is a black hole.

Ahh, it's working now, must've been some DNS that needed updating.

And thanks heaps for the direct DL, amiga
