Copperlists and screen sizes

After many years I'm reviving my interest in assembly coding and following Photon's tutorials using WinUAE. I'm not far in and something odd is happening. The copperlist below is what Photon uses, but it doesn't seem to work correctly for me. There should be two blue bars one at the top and one at the bottom of the screen. But the bottom one doesn't show up, unless I make the value a lot less - if I change 2c07 to 2907, I can just see one scanline at the bottom.
Any idea, what I may have done wrong? Is there a setting somewhere in WinUAE (I haven't selected NTSC in chipset btw).

The 2c line is right at the bottom of a pal screen. Maybe try changing your display filter settings to “overscan max” which I how I have it setup for dev so you can see all the overscan areas.

Edit..the option is under display/filter/full screen (max)

That's got it - Filter ->Overscan blanking worked a treat. Thank you
