Football World Cup, new Amigaaaa game!!!

Hi Amigans !!!
Forget what I told you about learning Java, and using current platforms, to sell my future games, the truth is that I have the Amiga in my blood, and using current things seem boring to me, I felt like pissing out of the pot, so I decided to take up a project I wanted to do for our beloved platform, a football game, which will have minimalist graphics and gameplay, but fun, Football World Cup, programmed in Amos Professional, and which will be my first commercial game at the price of 2$, in my itch.io page !!! :-)

Here you can see the image of the pitch, made with Deluxe Paint III, on an Amiga 500+, with 2 Mb of Chip, and 8 Mb of Fast, although when I finish it, I suppose it will work on a normal Amiga 500 with 1 Mb chip.

A greeting!!! ;-)

Hello Friends !!!

I have spent 15 days of my vacation at full capacity doing the graphics
from my Football World Cup game, and I managed to finish them, all made with Deluxe
Paint 3. Yesterday I started programming in AMOS Professional, and
It turns out that the chosen mode 640x512 16 colors does not work well in the AMOS, it is not visible
correctly. Looking for a solution, I tried the BlitzBasic, but I didn't finish either
to convince. Today I saw an Amiga game creator called Backbone, and
in principle it will be the engine of this video game. If it didn't just convince me,
the last thing would be to program it in Aztec C, but for now Backbone has given me
very good impressions. I program it on my 2006 iMac, in the FS-UAE emulator,
like an Amiga 500+, with a 68020 cpu at 7.1 Mhz, 2 Mb of Chip, and 8 Mb of Fast.
I guess when I finish the specifications will be lower, 1 Mb of Chip, and
some Fast. Well I show you my development environment, and the main menu
of the game, so that you can put on your football boots to play the World Cup.
The game aims to be purely arcade with a minimalist touch !!!

A greeting!!! ;-)

Good afternoon everyone!!!
I have been trying Backbone, and I was not quite convinced.
I am more into mincing code, although I see it as a very interesting tool.
Likewise, since Backbone comes from Amos Basic, it was not capable of
to show me my Football World Cup splash screen, in
640x512 16 colors correctly, so looking for alternatives, and
dropping the C language from the start, because I'm getting old,
and go back to investigate the guts of the Friend with that language, I now suppose
very crazy, for the little time that life leaves us, and more if you have
children. ;-p !!!, today I found in Aminet, PureBasic v.4.0, a compiler
of Basic language, similar to Amos and BlitzBasic, very fast, and in which I have
been able to try to visualize my screen in my chosen resolution, it has been a
success!! ; -) ... Football World Cup, will take place in PureBasic for Amiga !!!

A greeting!!!

Hi everyone!!!
I was trying Purebasic for Amiga, but it did not convince me, so in the end I came up with another solution, to make the game for AGA, although I only use 16 colors, through AMOS Professional AGA, recently released. I improvised a new hard disk with the Classic Workbench for the Amiga 1200, and through FS-UAE, and Mac OS X 10.7.5, I no longer have Linux, I think the best operating system for an iMac is yours. I use Cloanto Personal Paint to convert the graphics to the 256 color palette. I did the test and it works great. Well that, so much change, and in the end I return to AMOS, but better !!! ;-)

If you are bothered about the flickering in high resolution, that is how amiga works [you might have forgot after so long], so unless you have a monitor that handles double refresh no way around - you could still use the med res modes though; will need some rework of the sprites and graphics but is doable

Hello Friends !!!
I have been preparing my 2006 iMac to work as an Amiga 4000, with
68040 cpu at 250 Mhz, 8 Mb of chipram, and 256 Mb of fastram. Everything is like this through the emulator
FS-UAE on my Mac OS X 10.7.4. This is where I develop the games for Amiga.
Recently, I have uploaded a video to my youtube channel, so you can see how it works.
I leave the link to my video:

Hello everyone!!!
Happy year 2021, this morning I woke up and as I was having a party, I reorganized and simplified the graphics of Football World Cup, whose game I hope to release this new year. Here you see a mockup of what the game will be.
As I told you, it is pure minimalism, but I hope to create an arcade-style football environment !!!

A greeting!! ;-)

Hi Amigans!!!

I'm on vacation, and I have been able to preview my Football World Cup game. The minimum requirements are an Amiga 1200, with a 68020 cpu at 28 Mhz, 2 Mb of Chip Ram, and 2 Mb of Fast Ram. I show you the link to the first video on my channel.

Hello Friends !!!

I just want to show you the next evolution of my 2006 iMac,
I have given it Amikit XE, and of course I do not regret it.
I have an upgraded Amiga 1200 HD butt, but I can also use it
as a normal Amiga.
I show you the link to my last video on my channel, I hope you like it. !! ;-)

Hi everyone!!
I have decided that my Football World Cup game will be free for everyone, but there will be an open door for people who want to donate something. The reason is that it will not have enough quality to be a commercial game, due to the fact that I do not pay enough attention to it !!! ? It requires many hours of effort, and the day to day does not allow me to advance as I do would like. Equally the game will be over. :-)
