A1200 With Fitted Subway and 030 for sale!
I have decided to sell my A1200 - at the moment I thought I would just test the water and see if anyone was interested in buying it as it is... before I break it all up for Ebay or Amibay...
It is not a bog standard A1200 - it has been expertly modified (by me) to house a Subway USB - it has 4 usb inputs. It also has 3.1 Roms, a 2GB Hard Drive and a Blizzard 030 with SCSI module - there is a really excellent HP external CD Rom with attaches to the SCSI via a proper SCSI cable. It has 64 MB Ram (32 meg in each of the SCSI controller and the Blizzard card.) All powered by an A500 power supply - again in excellent condition. At present it is running Classic Workbench - there are no issues with set up or running and eveything is in first class tip top condition... I will also be selling a Philips CM8833-II monitor in very good condition... So the A1200 Package (includes A1200, Blizzard 030, Blizzard SCSI Device, 64MG, External SCSI CD Device with cable, mouse, power supply - Offers Please... Philips CM8833-II Monitor with Amiga cable and power supply. - Offers Please... UK only - sorry but UK sale only - I think the cost to post these items outside of the UK would be vey high... In fact collection is very much prefered or I can deliver within a reasonable distance at a price... I am in Bromley in Kent. Any interest please drop me a line - I will welcome realistic offers, I know what all the components are worth as individual items and quite a bit of time went into making this A1200 as good as it is. Peter As of Sat 09 Feb - all this lot is now listed on Ebay!! See this link... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MESE:IT&ih=013 Last edited by Peter; 09 February 2008 at 17:18. @peter
its a shame to see you sell this my friend, I fear that you would only get the financial return by braking it down If however you have a price in mind, then perhaps you could like it here and on www.AmiBay.org good luck with your sale my friend. |

Hi Zetr0 - yep I think you might be right... just wondered if anyone might be tempted to take it as it is but I can imagine that it will have to be taken to bits... seems a shame - still needs must.
As for a price... ? I will have a think. |

Peter, come on! do you really need a couple of hundred squids that badly??? Put it in a dry box and store it somewhere safe.
You will regret selling it the very moment you post it...... |
