myself any many other have this all the time, ive had it constantly with various kickstarter projects as well, took me AGES to download matt grey's various reformation projects as the "network error" or more accurately "quota exceeded" rears its ugly head with the various cheats/ways round it that work for others never seem to work for me.

Took me a long long time to, more recently download the kickstarted AMIGA 2020 - A documentary film, also hosted on google drive, its just the nature of the beast... gotta wait it out and keep trying now and then and see if google drive is being nice.

Tried downloading without being logged into Google Drive ?

Tried logging in first with your own Google Drive account ?

Have you tried shutting down/restarting your Router? on some sites it works !

yup, done all that, none of it works been a long standing issue i have tried every and any suggestion out there, never works, i just have to wait and get lucky 1 day.

Your PC/Router is probably blacklisted or blocked in some way !
You need to try another PC and another Network, maybe the Mobile Phone Network

not blacklisted, it does work eventually, its just this "quota" thing which is well known.
