"Primary" Game Names

As I've been doing a lot of emulation recently, one of things I keep coming across are different releases of games that for whatever reason get different names when localised. Some of them are just stupid. So, I thought I'd start compiling them to see if I could figure out the "Primary" name of each game - if possible. If anyone wants to pitch in, then please do

Some might be contentious as to what is the primary name but hey it's only a bit of "fun". I'm typically assuming the primary name if that is what the series was usually know as, or if there are multiple regions with the same name.

I'm only really talking about differences between English versions of a game so something like Biohazard and Resident Evil wouldn't count because it's always known as Resident Evil in the Western world.

Primary names are in bold.
