Could somone upload a copy of the working Cannon Fodder Save Disk to the Zone? I did have it, but our PC had a bit of a bootblock virus problem recently, so I lost it before I got round to writing it to CD! D'oh!

Custom ADF. Supported since WinUae 0.8.14 (if I'm not wrong...) |

I'm kind of new to all this, so someone better explain. Cannon Fodder needs a special type of ADF not supported by UAE, right? Then here's a "custom" Cannon Fodder save ADF disk, supported by UAE. How come CF accept this ADF if it needs a special kind in the first place? What's the difference between the two and why do BTTR not have a working one?

Thanks RetroMan!
![]() bladesinger: Cannon Fodder uses a custom save format, but the emulators I've tried to use to make the save disk with can't handle the custom disk write code. Hence (as far as I know) the only way to make one would be to create the disk on a real amiga, use transdisk, and then try the resultant ADF. It could be that someone got lucky with the emulators, and Cannon Fodder made it's custom save disk intact. I'm not sure. As for BTTR not having it, I think someone should up it to them! ![]() |

Well, the disk in the zone was created by a famous GAEB member, unmistakably given away by the file date.
