dosboxaga wingcommander 2

Hi guys,
I really like dosboxaga but it seems that it doesn't work well
with the memory dos system, you know xms,etc...
i can launch wc2 but because of this problem i have no voices.
And there is plenty of others games don't even work.
Is there someone who succeed to repair this problem ???


ps: strangely i can launch ssf2 by exemple. Someting is strange??

I thought the AGA version does not support sound ?

Just tried it on Actual Dos Box and DosBoxRTG
after the first words spoken = nowt

You do know that you need to update the config file don't you?

I actually had some trouble getting WC2 to run properly even using the Windows version of DOSBox with all that extend memory crap, so I now run a 'real' DOS 6.22 install on my MiSTer FPGA computer and it's awesome

BTW my old DOSBox AGA port hasn't been updated for ages (and I won't be doing any more AGA updates), the RTG version is much more advanced.
