WTB - Small USB DVD Drive

Hi!

Looking for a small USB DVD Drive to use on my new Netbook...

If you have anything, let me know

Would be useful if it could read dual layer disks- not to bothered about writing DVD/CD's

Can pay paypal or I can trade for something Amiga related... (Got a spare Eyetech 4 Way IDE sittin' here)

Cheers!

Steve.

Cool - is a that a good drive? See it on ebuyer for £25

Was hoping someone would have a used one kickin' around though.

Other option is external case for a laptop drive. (I have a couple of IBM drives here, guess ebay from China/Hong Kong is the cheapest option.

Like the look of the Samsung drive though

Dam they closed the thread on amibay befor i got to answer.....
yep that link was to the case i brought and most modern dvd/cd drives will fit it

well u got one comeing now hope you enjoy it but to be honest I hardly ever use the usb drive as making usb pen drives bootable when i remeber how is just as good. That dos`t mean to say haveing a usb dvd drive is`t handy as it is

Hey froggy,

Its mostly just to install games from my collection, I could rip them or download ISO's but much easier just to whack a disc in lol.

Some may be shocked to hear I actually do own 100's of original games for PC

Arghhhh - Me Harties
