How to transfer files from PCMCIA with a Gotek?

So, I am slowly rebuilding my Amiga after the hard disk crashed, I lost basically half of my data, I am rebuilding the hard disk using ClassicWB, I have installed a Gotek since my floppy disk has stopped working. However now I have run into a problem where I am not able to use the PCMCIA card to transfer the ClassicWB HD data, it was years ago when I bought the EZADF from AmigaKit and I would be happy to buy it again but I don't have a working floppy disk drive now lol. Is there a free ADF of Workbench with the PCMCIA and cfo: drivers somewhere to download? Ah man, it seems like one step forward and several back again when it comes to the Amiga times

So I figured out which files to copy to the Workbench disk to make it read the Compact flash card, however when I copy the files over to the Workbench ADF in UAE, it shows the ADF as being updated but when I load it in the Gotek there are no added files. Is there a special way to copy files to an ADF?
