Game Swap Sites

I just found this site from GamesTM - http://www.thegameswap.co.uk

This particular one is only for Playstation 2 / XBox / GC but it got me thinking - there must be a fantastic market for general game swapping on a large scale - like EBay but the currency is other games! Obviously, I am particularly interested in the Retro market.

Does anyone know anything like this?

What would be nice to do is something like put up a list of games you want to swap, and you can search all games available by platform/game name.

This would seriously help out people looking for gaps in their collection, but would also seriously help the work of CAPS - once we sort out our duplicates anyway.

One down point - I can't see how a site like this could make money - unless though advertising... But then that worked for Google

OT - I can't stand that mag..
It's quite nice and flashy like EDGE, but the content is pretty sloppy in places.

But what really annoyed me was when they had the usual disclaimer about emulation, copyright yada-yada and then proceed to review an emulated bootleg copy of Neogeo "SNK versus Capcom: Chaos" passing it off as the real thing....
(There was several giveaway clues in the pixel-perfect snaps..)

Game Trading Zone

The only trading places I use and know of are:
The Game Trading Zone
and
YE OLD INFOCOMME SHOPPE

Got a lot of missing games there from all over Europe and USA - even Brazil

both recommended.

Nice! The GTZ has 140 Amiga games on there... Not a great deal, but I may still seriously think about putting our duplicates on there at some point. Thanks!
