Just wanted to say thanks Retroplay for sharing your treasure trove with us. I've been downloading the whdload games since Sunday evening using ftp app. Its now Monday evening and its just popped up with an error message saying error in com. Can not connect to server.

I had got as far as S in the list lol oh well hope its working soon.

Edit... working fine now

About Space Quest III, I left an MT32 tagged archive as the MT32 selector tooltype doesn't work properly.

SpaceQuest3_v2.0_De_MT32_0579, don't enable MT32 on the splash screen, it'll just stall the game.

Fixed in v2.1.

Both archives is identical except I edited resource.cfg for MT32 to play in the latter.

Issue fixed in v2.1.

Red Baron has been installed from 1.00 version which lacks analogue support. Uploaded version 1.01 disk images to the Zone, they work with WHDLoad installer.

Interesting, your version is different to SPS1683 Lords of Power compilation.

Because the compilation is on packed disks which needs to be installed to blank floppies first. Only the unpacked floppies works with WHDLoad installer.

According to ClrMame the latest Games.dat doesn't include McDonaldLand_v1.5_0970 or McDonaldLandV2_v1.5 but says v1.4.1_0970 is no longer needed, is this an error?

Actually nevermind, this was an error on my end.

Where are you getting the DAT files? I have looked in the whdload folder and in Retroplay user folder and can not find them.

Ah found them, on the mega site, just another question is there a dat for just the English files does anyone know?

They are upped to main folder on ftp
/Retroplay_WHDLoad_Packs/

Newest games dat as of now, that is.

How do you gain access to the notorious ftp? I'm a one year member but I've been following the forum for many years. I've read years ago that you needed 50 posts but I can't seem to find the requisites anymore. There used to be a microsoft cloud archive for those who couldn't access the ftp. It's over right?

Hi. I have just downloaded the latest updates using the WHDLOAD Pack Downloader and everything has downloaded apart from BeneathASteelSky_V2.2_CD32. This seems to get stuck and won't download. Is it corrupted on the server?

I just grabbed it from ftp using anonymous "ftp" login.
File checks out fine, crc is good and identical to file I upped.

I'm going through the demos to grab screenshots for my collection and there are a couple of that give errors.

House Music - Missing File Error
Lethal Frequency - Missing File Error

It looks like the files are in the data folders but are named incorrectly. If I spot any more, I'll post them here.
