Yes, it's Boktai If you want to play it properly on an emulator, try to get hold of the Eurasia version. It's internally patched to allow you to set the sun level directly. Should have been part of the original; in my oppinion the solar sensor is a bad idea.

As for emulators: VisualBoyAdvance is great for compatibility, which is what it has been written for. Want speed? Get no$gba; on my Pentium 3 550mhz this emu flies, and still runs most games properly. Same aplies to snes9x versus zsnes (runs 50 frames on my peecee).

As Cammy said: There are no PAL/NTSC versions for the GBA. All run on the same display.

Yeah, but what's funny about the OP not knowing that? Bah, never mind.

Maybe it's funny because he posted that he's looking for GBA carts on a Amiga forum and didn't log in since then to look if somebody has some

Sorry this reply has taken me this long, but I've only just noticed this thread and I only joined EAB three months ago.

If anyone has tried 'Pinball Challenge Deluxe' on the GBA you will find that it is an exact replica of the Amiga version of Pinball Dreams. The music, sfx, graphics are all identical.

Must have been a professional port.

It is by far my favourite GBA game. One point though, if you install it on a Flash Linker cartridge, it will only work if it is the only game on the cart.

Elite is also available as a freeware download (Elite TNK) - and its a pretty damn good version too.

It works fine on my EZFlash II PowerStar, and it's 3/4 full.

No, I haven't. I can't remember last time I purchased game for GBA. (actually I did purchase some second-hand games and have them shipped to Bosnia last year )

I'm not much into Qwak, but I enjoy Bubble Bobble games, sorry.

Here's a bunch of amiga games port (more ST we could say but the game are the same) to the GBA done by myself and foxy :

Airball
Another World
Bubble Dizzy
carVup
Deflektor
Eliminator
Flood
Nebulus

These ports has been done by reverse engineering.

Have fun
Most impressive work, hats off! In case a howto hasn't been published somewhere, how did you do that? Disassemble, convert 68K to ARM assembly, reassemble? How do you translate library calls e.g.?
